Job role:
We has built a reputation of providing excellent healthcare in a patient-first manner. As a representative, you’ll be tasked with not just executing the physician’s orders and filling prescriptions but also working with our patients to understand their needs and providing them with solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Fill prescriptions based on instructions from physicians; responsible for making sure the prescription is accurate and complies with legal guidelines
- Instruct patients on how and when to take medication and inform them of potential side effects
- Maintain inventory levels; in charge of ordering, delivering and labeling medicine
- Complete insurance forms and work with insurance companies to make sure patients have all the medicines they need
- Keep records of patient history and sales
- Work with supervisory staff to continually develop and implement ideas for delivery of high-quality and cost-effective services
- Stay updated on latest developments in the field by attending conventions and following publications
Requirements:
- [X] years of experience working as a Pharmacist or in a similar position
- Degree in Pharmacology mandatory
- Current licensure (NAPLEX and MPJE) in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
